LOUDLIVE Festival 2022 POSTPONED TO 2023!

Unfortunately, LOUDLIVE Festival 2022 will be postponed to the summer of 2023. A new date will be announced at the end of 2022.
Over the last months, our team has worked day & night to create a unique and genre-blending experience with some of the biggest international artists around. This wouldn’t have been possible without the passion for music & years of experience the team behind LOUDLIVE Festival has.
But we, as many event organizations around us, have been struggling with the changed decision-making behavior of our people. Due to the pandemic, less people are planning their festivals and events ahead. The prices of materials increased and finding the right staff is challenging. This means that as a new festival with little upfront ticket sales, we cannot guarantee the quality we want. The risk of setting up an event as massive as LOUDLIVE Festival is just too big. And we don’t want to put our artists or staff at risk.
Looking at the feedback of our audiences and the music scene, we are more than convinced this is a festival that speaks to the different generations currently active in the cultural scene. We believe in LOUDLIVE Festival. This is why we will move the festival to next year.

WHAT ABOUT MY TICKETS?
There are several things you can do:
Option 1) Exchange your tickets for Latino Gang Festival on Friday July 8.
You’re gonna party at Latino Gang Festival with Ozuna, Anuel AA, El Alfa, Sech, Tokischa, Blessed, Ryan Castro & more! You can just show your LOUDLIVE ticket to enter Latino Gang Festival! To make things easy for you, there will be a special LOUDLIVE Fast Lane at Latino Gang Festival so you don’t have to stand in the regular line! Vamos?
Option 2) Keep your ticket for next year’s edition.
Of course we would love to see you at next year’s edition of LOUDLIVE! If you’re up for this, you don’t have to do anything for this. Just keep your ticket for next year. This way you support the festival organization & are sure of a brand new festival experience in 2023!
Option 3) Get a refund for your tickets.
If you purchased your tickets on Ticketmaster, log into your account and click on the ‘Request Refund’ button in your account. https://my.ticketmaster.com/account
If you don’t see the ‘Request Refund’ button, please contact Ticketmaster via this form:

You will receive a refund of the complete order value on the bank account with which you made the purchase. Ticketmaster will take care of the refund within 40 days.
If you bought your tickets on Tibbaa & want a refund of your ticket, please fill out this form https://forms.gle/L75nsPXVzXQsYget6 within 7 days (before Friday June 24 2022).
You will receive a refund of the complete order value excluding ticket fees on the bank account with which you made the purchase within 40 days.
If you don’t make a choice, your LOUDLIVE ticket will be available for next year's edition. Easy!

I HAVE A COMBI TICKET
All combi-ticket buyers can use their Combi Ticket at Latino Gang Festival to enter. Easy!
You will receive a €40 refund for your LOUDLIVE ticket. Please fill out this form to get this refund https://forms.gle/ZndWwfnv3fPAf5gw6! We need your name, bank account number, email address with which you bought the tickets, transaction ID of your purchase & an open payment request (Tikkie-link) so we can make the refund to your bank account. Without this payment request link we cannot make the refund so please add this to the form.
You will receive the refund of €40 on your bank account within 40 days. If you have a combi-tickets, you cannot keep your LOUDLIVE 2022 ticket for the 2023 edition.
